It’s Tuesday afternoon and I’m sitting here listening to Jason Mraz’s “We Sing. We Dance. We Steal Things.” album while Everett naps on my lap. It’s overcast, grey, and chilly and I’m just dreaming of spring sunshine and warmer weather. Need something to keep you warm? I’ve got just the session for you.
If you’re a long time reader, then I know you recognize Josh and Tiffany. These two longtime friends/clients have been doing life together since 2015. That’s when I first met up with them for their engagement session before following them to Louisiana for their romantic plantation wedding. Ever since then, I’ve been photographing their love, year after year.
For their 3rd wedding anniversary, they wanted to do something a little different… something that I absolutely LOVE to shoot (but don’t get to do nearly enough of): in home lifestyle sessions. We basically came full circle: the AirBnb we stayed at is in the historic Fairmount District of Fort Worth where we shot their engagement session. It was absolutely perfect for what we were both wanting; even, glowy natural light, white and grey decor with little pops of green here and there, and probably the best part of all: the coffee maker! Just like me, Tiffany needs her coffee to function. Josh is weird and doesn’t like coffee, but one of these days he’ll figure out the magic that is a warm latte. 😉
Sit back, pull on your comfiest sweater, grab your second (or third, no judgement) cup of java, and celebrate these babes with me!
More of these sessions, please.
